Leinster Square

The project sees the alteration and fit-out of the existing buildings to create 9 luxury apartments. Works include structural alterations including underpinning at basement level and extension of existing lightwells to increase overall floorplates. The scope also comprises all other associated builders works along with the full fit out of each of the apartments, including restoration of original features, new kitchens, bathrooms, decoration and lighting, with full mechanical, electrical and public health installations, external works and landscaping.
